Both have been working as professionals for over 20 years with Cécile being a Vice President and Head of Perfumery and Nathan on development for consumer products companies of all sizes. Together, they've been crafting custom fragrance designs dedicated to anyone who is making scented products. 
 

“Custom fragrance design is our specialty and we started Stock Fragrance as a less time and cost-intensive alternative for smaller companies and start-ups to have access to professional, high-quality fragrance oils,” Nathan shared.  “All oils are ready to ship with no minimums or lead times.”
 

So what inspired them to push through further into business? Well, in the case of a job focused on custom design, “we spend most of our time being told what to do,” Nathan explained.

“So we use QR codes to link customers to necessary paperwork for each fragrance oil.  QR codes not only save time and paper [and valuable label space],” Nathan explained. 

Most significantly, it gives Stock Fragrance's customers immediate and direct access to all product details which facilitates seamless reordering. Currently, they are primarily using QR codes on packing slips and product labels.

 

Soon, QR codes will find their way to their smelling samples, allowing customers to scan and order without the hassle of entering website addresses. This is set to streamline the fragrance ordering process even further, making it as simple as a quick scan.

“Every fragrance tells a story, and we have a lot to say!” he stressed.
